This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to Construct Second Floor Addition, Repair Interior, Bldg. 747 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
Work consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to Construct Second Floor Addition, Repair Interior, Bldg. 747 in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings. The specifications and drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation.
Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to Construct Second Floor Addition, Repair Interior,Bldg. 747, at Dobbins ARB, GA. The project is arepair and construction project to replace the existing classrooms and laboratories, which are not adequate to support the current growth and existing course curriculum to meet Logistic Aerial Port Readiness tasking. The primary scope of this project is to construct three new classrooms, a new laboratory, and a new training classroom. The new additions will have LED lighting, and will require newHVAC systems for space conditioning, as well as electrical and data infrastructure for computers, equipment, and presentation media. Additionally, the lightingin the existing hangar space will be replaced with new LED light fixtures and the hangar floor will be repainted with a new epoxy floor finish.
