The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to execute the Construction Equipment Services for each BPA Call under the proposed agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of the proposed BPA is to provide the Government with a rapid response and cost-effective way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' facilities.

The period of performance for the proposed agreement will be up to THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS AFTER AWARD.

This solicitation will be available on or about 05-APRIL-2018 with an anticipated quote due date of 16-APRIL-2018, and an expected award date of 20-APRIL-2018.

The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" underVendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 MILLION. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the New England District. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO SOLICITATION.
