The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure services for helicopter maintenance services supported by the contractor, who shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles and materials except for those items or services specifically stated as Government furnished, to support the 11th Wing (11 WG) and their customers. The contractor shall provide all personnel necessary to perform aircraft maintenance, functional check flight and over and above services in support of aircraft assigned tothe 11 WG and their respective customers. The scope of maintenance includes support of 22 UH-1N helicopters. Due to evolving mission requirements, changes to the number and type of assigned aircraft are anticipated throughout the period ofperformance. The contractor shall provide all organizational and limited aircraft maintenance and all servicing in accordance with Air Force approved aircraft technical dated listed in the Performance Work Statement on all 11 WG assigned aircraft. The contractor shall establish a partnership/teamwork approach with theContracting Officer, 89th and 11th Functional Commanders,Contracting Officer Representatives, operational personnel, other applicable contractors and 11 WG and 89 Air Wing customers. Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated at a mutually agreed upon price forone base period and four option periods to follow. This action will utilize full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) code is 488190, with a business size standard of $32.5M. The anticipated period of performance for the baseperiod is 10 September 2018 through 09 June 2019. This action includes four (4) subsequent, 12 month option periods; spanning from 10 June 2019 through 09 June 2023.
