FAA received helpful comments on drop 1 from industry. Those comments are appreciated have been given full consideration. FAA requests that industry submit comments pertaining to drop 2 no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on January 11th, 2019. Additional comments to drop 1 will also be accepted.
