This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price Construction project to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Material, Supplies, and Equipment, Security Upgrades for ICU doors at the Department of Veterans Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208 in accordance with the drawings, specifications and SOW. Work shall include installation of card access, intercom, electric door operators, and magnetic holding devices on doors. Please note: Lenel products are sold exclusively through a global network of Lenel-authorized integrators. Value Added Resellers (VARs) sell, install and service OnGuard®.
The period of performance shall be approximately ninety (60) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Interested Offerors will be required to furnish a Bid Bond; and the awarded Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds.
Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside.
