The agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 day written notice. This is not a solicitation for quotations at this time. The Arkansas Army National Guard, Camp J.T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199 is requesting the lodging of soldiers attending training at the Regional Training Institute located on Camp Robinson. This requirement is unrestricted business concern under the NAICS of 721110 within the Metro area of North Little Rock and Little Rock. All interested firms must be registered on the System of Award Management (SAM) database. Firms must provide their CAGE and DUNS number with their response.

The contractor shall furnish lodging accommodations (single/double rooms) for soldiers. Providing reservations for a specified number of rooms and beds, fora specified number of soldiers for a minimum of 18 nights to a maximum of 44 nights. With a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 85 soldiers. Parking facilities must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Provide 7 days a week transportation for soldiers without a vehicle.

Standard Lodging Facility and Services: Double bedrooms will have a bed for each occupant with pillow, two sheets, firm mattress, mattress pad or cover, blankets, bedspread, wall-to-wall carpeting (desired) or other floor covering, a wall switch near the entrance door for at least one lamp, incandescent table or wall-mounted lights for each bed, TV, closet or hanger space (minimum of 24 inches) per bed, smoke detectors, individual thermostats, telephone, note pad with pen, bathroom with vanity, mirror, light with grounded electrical outlet, and exhaust fan/privacy outside window. Vending areas, 24 hour check-in/out, wake-up and message service, central TV antenna or cable TV, room identification/directory signs and smoke detectors in hallways, air conditioning, ice machines, adequate parking spaces for all guests, TV/radio directory, local information packet, passenger/baggage loading zones, and secure luggage storage areas for guests when ready rooms are not available or at checkout.
Soldiers of the same sex attending the same class designated for double room occupancy shall be roomed togetherin rooms with two beds. Soldiers married to each other may be roomed together upon request, assuming they are attending the same class. Male/female personnel who are not married to each other will not be comingled.

Solders are NOT authorized to bring any family members or friends. Soldiers are the only persons authorized to stay in the room. No one else is permitted tostay the night.

This requirement is for the following types of Lodging as previously described. Pricing shall be in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).

1. Single Occupancy: Cost per night per soldier.

2. Double Occupancy: Cost per night per two soldiers.

3. Parking: Cost per day per vehicle.
