NAICS Code: 561720 Small Business Size: $16.5M Evaluation criteria: lowest price Contractor proposals MUST include but not be limited to the following: 1- Supply a copy of their insurance certificate IAW FAR 52.228-5 2- Provide clear and detailed capability statement to include but not be limited to: a. Clear examples of at minimum 3 projects completed or in work for cleaning windows at heights nearly 200 feet high b. Names of the company individuals who work(ed) on those contracts (who would also be working on thiscontract) who has at least one year experience cleaning windows at heights nearly 200 feet high. These should be individuals that would also be working on thiscontract.
