ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 - Maximum 80 (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 15 each)
The proposed contractual action will be a single award, five year Firm FixedPrice, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 15. It has been determined the Government'sneeds cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation.The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specification and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.
Contractors are encouraged to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. Requests for solicitation willbe accepted by mail or email. Proposals may be hand-carried reference solicitation for details, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The response date of 11 May 2017 is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
