The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes orproposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104is seeking potential sources for the following:

Patient Information Boards:

The vendor shall provide all materials, art work, glass, installation kits, marker holders, markers, and erasers for the patient information boards as outlined-

Required features for an acceptable board are as follows:

Size: 24 x 36 (Vertical or Horizontal)Constructed from tempered glassDry erase markers and permanent markers must completely wipe offMust have removable, interchangeable insertInsert must be customizable and able to include color and/or graphicsMust be able to change insert without removing the board from the wallMust be able to use any cleaner without damaging the surface of the boardMust be able to be wall mountedSpace between wall and board must not be more than ½ after board is mountedMust include mounting hardwareMust be highly durable and able to withstand heavy useBoard must not contain sharp edgesPreprinted writing on board must be of sufficient font to be readable to patients from a distance of approximately six feet (6 ).Include marker set for each boardInclude eraser for each boardInclude a holder for the marker and eraser that can be attached to each board.Must be able to provide design support consultant that will work with VA staff to design insert and preprinted informationMust include security hardware
