Peter VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO)2 is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing Emergency (Nonscheduled) Air Transportation for patient at the Northport VA Medical Center. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum of one (1) flight per year and a maximum of six (6) flights per year. The period of performance shall begin at the date of award and expire after one (1) year and includes four (4) option years that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 481211 (Nonscheduled Charter Passenger Air Transportation) and the standard size is 1,500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is V211 (Transportation/Travel/Relocation Travel/Lodge/Recruitment: Air Passenger). Interested parties shall provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time may not be considered for this procurement.The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business and veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS 481211.
