The Government plans to utilize a cost plus fixed fee contract for this effort. This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando (LMMFC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 04939. LMMFC is the only source capable of manufacturing, providing laboratory testing support, and flight test support for the M-DSA in the M-TADS/PNVS to the United States Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, including the RSLFAC. Also, only LMMFC possesses the detailed technical data and corporate knowledge required since it is the original equipment manufacturer for the M-TADS Systems and components such as the M-DSA. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a)(2) (ii), 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.'
