This is an Unrestricted procurement, with Other than Full and Open competition. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request forproposal for a Definite Quantity Contract. The requested quantity for this procurement is16 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction and will/will not be initiated at the best interest of the Government.
