The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 541690 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million as determined by 13 CFR 121.104.

Competition for this solicitation is set-aside for small business. Solicitation number W912EF20B0002 will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, https://ww.fbo.gov, on or about 21 November 2019. The official proposaldue date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be used.

This acquisition is to obtain quality assistance and fish sampling functionsfor the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Walla Walla District (CENWW) Juvenile FishTransportation Program. The biological services are in support of the collection and transport of juvenile fish at three dams on the Snake River (Lower Monumental, Little Goose, and Lower Granite dams). Biological services also include theexamination of fish for injuries and general health at Ice Harbor and McNary Dams. Fish are bypassed to the tailrace and not transported at these facilities. Planned contract activities also include intensive water temperature monitoring efforts in the forbay, gatewells and fishways at McNary Dam from June 15 to August 31 each year. This contract will include a base year with four option years.
