J -- N0038319R005C SOL N0038319R005CPRESOL DUE 112119Melissa Fisher 2156975844NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to provide long-term contract support via a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) long-term contract for the repair of the followingitems in support of the AN/ALE-50 Towed Decoy System:NSN 6110-01-472-6145; Controller Assembly; P/N 3410AS115-2NSN 6130-01-573-2815; Power Supply; P/N 3410AS2000-6NSN 5865-01-573-2800; IMPLC; P/N 3410AS120-6

Efforts under this contract will include labor, material and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the items as specified within this document.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority at FAR 6.302-1. Absent Government approval of additional sources, the Government intends to negotiate a contract for this effort with Raytheon Company, Cage Code 06129.

The Government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of these items.

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.

All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after dateof publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
