Are there any existing site utility as-built drawings of the facility? If so, are theredigital copies or could the drawings be "signed out" for a few hours (digitallyscan or) photo copy? Our costs could be significantly lower if such drawings exist, even if incomplete or out-dated. A.We do have an outdated site plan with some utilities on it. We have this plan in AutoCAD. 2.Q. We presume utilities consist of normal systems-water, fire water, waste water, storm drainage, natural gas, electric (primary and secondary), fiber optic, telephone, cooling water, hightemperature water. Are there any other type known utilities? A.We do also have steam lines in ground. 3.Q. Would it be possible to arrange a site visit with contracting staff and the facility engineering service to discuss the record plansfollowed by an external tour of the facility? A.Please refer to item #1 in section 14 (DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION) of the amendment, stating time and place.
