The renovation will include updating the building to current energy codes, fire protection standards and compliance with anti-terrorism/force protection requirements. Project also includes approximately an 850 square foot addition. The performance period for thisproject is 365 calendar days. The NAICS code is 236220; size standard $33.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 14 June 2012. Paper copies are not available.
