42 -- Wetsuits SOL H92240-19-Q-0007 POC Kelly L. McNeill, Contracting Officer, Email kelly.mcneill@socom.milNaval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Wetsuit Systems to beused as a diving ensemble for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) personnel in underseaenvironments as well as land application in the tactical environment. To keep the user comfortable, the wetsuit shall provide the greatest degree of thermal warmth and must be durable enough for rugged maritime operations. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $5,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $6,450,000.00The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal AcquisitionRegulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 315990, Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees.
