The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) requests a proposal to repair by
replacement the windows for building (BLDG) 160, located on Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island,
Illinois 61299.
Work is
to be completed in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 0001 (Scope of Work [SOW] dated 25 January 2019), Attachment
0002 (Specifications), and Attachment 0003 (Plans). In DFARS clause 252.236-7001, these two
attachments are labeled as Attachment A (Specifications) and Attachment B (Plans). Attachment A is
Attachment 0002 and Attachment B is Attachment 0003.
The draw ings referenced in this solicitation are obtained by having an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) account. Please see the

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
IAW FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the total estimated magnitude of construction is betw een $1,000,000
and $5,000,000.
A Pre-Construction site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 0900 (9 a.m.) Central Time (CT) in the Public Works
Conference Room, Basement of Building 102, Rock Island Arsenal. While attendance at this site visit is NOT mandatory to submit a proposal, if
attending, reservations are required. See FAR 52.236-27 for reservation instructions.
