The Government plans to utilize a firm fixed price contract for this effort. This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando (LMMFC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 04939. LMMFC is the only source capable of manufacturing the M-TADS/PNVS and its components. Also, only LMMFC possesses the technical data and corporate knowledge required since it's the OEM for the M-TADS/PNVS. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a) (2) (ii), 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.'
