Vendors may provide pricing for all or a portion of the Schedule of Items. Multiple contracts are anticipated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 111998 and the size standard is $0.75mil. Seed deliveries will be accepted anytime after contract award, but no later than January 24, 2020.. Quotes will be submitted to: Roger Manning, USDA Forest Service, 811 Constitution Ave, Bedford, IN 47421. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are preferable at roger.manning@usda.gov. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m).
