(DTS) is issuing a notice of intentto solicit from Innovative Electronic Designs, Inc. (IED) only or their authorized resellers for a NASA Expedite, Sole Source RFQ, without discussion or announced notice of award. IED hardware and software maintenance upgrades only, No Substitutions will be acceptable. The award includes the initial year renewal with four (4) option years. Exercising any or all option years is at the sole discretion of NASA. IED is authorized to maintain the Early Warning System (EWS) located at the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) in New Orleans, LA. The MAF facility is managed at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) AL. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per the attachedRequest for Quotation (RFQ) and are located in the attached files which includeRepresentations and Certifications, Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) Terms and Conditions and also, attached is a Vendor Profile form to be completed ifno contracts between vendor and DTS have been previously awarded. Interested parties have three (3) days including this publication date of the Synopsis/RFQ tosubmit their proposal to the undersigned at the Internet Address or fax number listed below. All uploaded attachments must be completed and are considered a part of the RFQ. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the Synopsis/RFQ. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this Synopsis/RFQ. This solicitation is 508 exempt.
