The Marine Corps Systems Command(MARCORSYSCOM), Product Manager- Supply & Maintenance Systems (PM SMS), Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, and FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting From a Single Source for Requirements Not Exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Award is anticipated to be made on or about 18 December 2018 to Teradyne, Inc. to procure the repair or exchange the M910 Series Digital Test Subsystem (DTS) circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and procure a complete DI-series DTS for testing and evaluation. The estimated contract value for this procurement is $243,896.00.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within fifteen calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by MCSC. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
