The attachments included on the FBO page do not includeany additional information. Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO19), Muskogee, Oklahoma, intends to enter into a sole source contract with BrainLab, Inc., of 5 Westbrook Corporate Center, Suite 1000 Westchester, IL 60154, USA. Solicitation document shall be available on/or about November 25, 2019. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporate provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-006. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219. This requirement is for preventive maintenance and support services annually, to include software updates and maintenancesupport for data transfers to third party equipment, on EXACTRAC X-RAY AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT. Equipment includes EXACTRAC INFRARED SYSTEM, EXACTRAC ROBOTICSSYSTEM AND IMAGING COUCH TOP and FRAMLESS SRS HARDWARE COMPONENTS, BRAINLAB RT NODE SERVICE and SRS ACCESSORIES (FRAMEBASED TREATMENT HARDWARE AND CONICAL COLLIMATORS) at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. Period of performance shallbe for a base period of 12 months followed by four 12-month option periods. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all information received by 3:00 PM Central Time November 21, 2018. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted.
