The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE)has a requirement for the lease of relocatable facilities to accommodate personnel growth until the completion of additional permanent facilities. This procurement will be for the continuation of the effort originally procured under GSA Contract #GS-07F-0257M/GS-P-08-10-JE-0020 and continued under Contract #N68335-14-C-0076 and N68335-15-F-0002. The remaining option under N68335-15-F-0002 is about to expire which necessitates an award toextend the lease. The relocatable facilities in place at NAWCAD LKE are required to continue to house the personnel supporting the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) programs for the CNV 78 per the direction of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN). In accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d) "Limitations", when utilizing the authority at FAR 6.302-1, the contracting officer shall post a request for information or a sources sought notice. Therefore, this notice is posted to satisfy the DFARS 206.302-1(d) "Limitations" requirement. This announcement is posted for informational purposes only andnot as a request for competitive responses. No formal solicitation exists at this time. No responses to the notice are anticipated; however all responses received by no later than the posted response date and time of this announcement will considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
