This requirement is for the production and delivery of the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) ensembles. The Government intends to solicit and award a one (1) year Indefinite Delivery/IndefiniteQuantity (IDIQ) - firm fixed price multiple award contract type, with a maximumceiling of $99 million dollars. The basis of award is anticipated to be best value trade-off.

This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government, and does not guarantee that an actual contract will be issued.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 315210. This acquisition will be conducted as a Full and Open solicitation, with anticipated contract award(s) being made in December 2019. The Government has a need, after contract award is made and the first delivery orders are issued, for production and delivery of approximately 24,000 AGSU ensembles by June 2020 with fielding beginning in July 2020 ofNLT 8,000 AGSU ensembles per month. The Government anticipates providing cottonpoly and wool fabrics to contract awardees as Government Furnished Material (GFM) to initially produce approximately 24,000 uniforms on the first delivery orders issued from a resulting contract.

The online version of the RFP shall include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the RFP. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents associated with the RFP.
