This tool would fulfill a current need by USFS to systematically tabulate programmatic indicators and project deliverables across multiple time zones and languages in an online environment that allow for simultaneous and continual access by multiple partners. The requirement is specializedrequiring a specific focus on international development projects, and meet the following criteria: • Monitoring & evaluation data collection, storage, andreporting for any type of quantitative indicator • Tools for delegating data entry to implementing partners • Interactive mapping functions • Multilingual user interface • Multi-currency budget tracking • Project &workflow management • Document & photo storage and collaboration tools Anyfirm that believes it is capable of meeting the USFS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than 05/30/2011, by close of business to be considered.
