Toolbox Software is an integrated software package designed for engineers who work with both gas and liquid/productpipelines, and contains all the program modules present in both the software's liquid and gas versions. It has been designed specifically for pipeline professionals and is based on the standards of both the American Petroleum Institute andthe American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Technical Toolboxes, Ltd., is thesole possessor of the proprietary technical data and data rights to the Pipeline Toolbox Software. Accordingly, Technical Toolboxes is the only known source that can provide the required software. This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identifytheir interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
