Gary, Contracting Officer, Email lane.m.gary.civ@mail.milThe U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a requirement for Sludge and Sediment Removal and Disposal Services at Aberdeen ProvingGround (APG), Maryland (MD). This non-personal service contract for continuous removal, transportation and disposal of sediment and sludge produced from the Van Bibber Water Treatment Plant located off post on Rt. 755, Edgewood, Maryland to include removal and transportation of liquid sewage sludge from the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground's Wastewater Treatment Plant digesters, to a location and method of incineration approved by the State of Maryland for incineration.
This solicitation will be a Full and Open Competition and will result in a Firm Fixed-Price. The Government intends to award a single award firm fixed-price (FFP) type contract for one (1) base year and two (2) one-year options for this requirement.
Contractors should not contact the Buyer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 17 January 2017. The ensuing solicitation will only be visible on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) for 30 days.
